SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Please note that due to COVID-19 and the delivery backlog with Australia Post, some orders are experiencing delays between 5-10 days. Orders can be tracked via the Australia Post website with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $150 placed within Australia via timboondistillery.com.au. Orders under $150 pay a $15 flat rate for standard shipping and $20 flat rate for express shipping.
Standard shipping: Delivery within 7 working days to all major metropolitan areas (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Express shipping: Delivery within 3 working days to all major metropolitan areas (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Please note: Delivery timelines are a guideline and subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable event beyond Timboon Distillery’s reasonable control.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices on the Timboon Railway Shed Distillery website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Timboon Distillery accepts payments via credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
By purchasing a product online from Timboon Distillery, you agree to pay an amount totaling the sum price of each product ordered at the time you make the order, the cost of delivery, and any subsequent fees required.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Should you make an error when ordering online, Timboon Distillery will gladly refund your item up to 14 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
- Gift cards
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
