Housed in a historic railway shed, Timboon Railway Shed Distillery handcrafts small-batch whisky, rum, gin and liqueurs in copper pot stills. Visitors can enjoy tastings, guided tours and local produce, with every drop reflecting the family’s dedication to artisan craft and Timboon’s rich distilling heritage.

We shape and char all our barrels, and we repurpose spent barrels into a range of products like planters and hog heads.
