A hybrid of two of our favourite whiskies. Big Moss has all the rich spice of Christie’s Cut and the sweet peat of Smoky 1881.

French Oak, Ex-Tawny

COLOUR:
Ginger Ale

NOSE:
Green, mossy smoke drifts around dark toffee and sticky dates.

PALATE:
Sweet peat, burnt cinnamon and spiced fruit loaf come to the fore as toasted oak and warming oils round out the palate.

FINISH:
Fragrant Sandalwood and Jammy black currant linger among the char.
