Named for Bridget Sparks, who kept the fire burning day and night for the famed Delaney still. While others came and went, Bridget’s steady watch ensured the spirit flowed. Today, our still remains alight in Timboon — no longer hidden, but proudly continuing a tradition of patience, care and craft.
