Tom's Surrender - Single Malt Whisky 500ml

Sweet with spice, our Tom’s is aged in sherry casks for fruit and French oak for spice.

A classic way to age Scotch. We use a combination of PX and Oloroso Sherry barrels to add fruit character and sweetness. Soft mouthfeel and a rose petal nose make this whisky as close to an unpeated Scotch as we make.

50% ABV | 500ml bottle
