

Salted Caramel Whisky Liqueur
Every time I make a blend of this, it pains me to see single malt whisky, turned into a liqueur. But I guess that’s what makes it special!
We use our Port Expression Single Malt Whisky add caramel, a touch of salt, and burnt brown sugar. I call it our Christmas Whisky as you can put this down in the middle of the table at Christmas lunch and just about everyone (over 18) will enjoy this on some level!
