Railyard Rum 700ml

Double distilled in our copper pot stills, our black strap molasses rum is aged in heavily charred ex-shiraz barrels. 

Re-coopered in our own on-site cooperage. It's sweet, slightly spicy with a hint of smoke. Drink straight up, with your favourite mixer or perfect in a dark and stormy 

44% ABV | 700ml bottle

TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Black Forest Cake; Hints of cocoa, brown sugar, plums, and toasted vanilla
Palate: Liquorice and anise leaf tip toe across the tongue. Feels like a custard tart.
Finish: White pepper lingers with an oaky warmth.

FOOD PAIRING:
Grilled Pineapple or Pork Ribs
