Named for James “Jim” Love, found working a secret still deep in the Nirranda forest in 1894. While Jim was arrested, the craft itself slipped back into the shadows, carried on by those who refused to let it fade. Today, we honour the ingenuity, resilience and spirit of Timboon’s distilling past.
