TASTING NOTES:

Cask:
Aged 7 years in American Oak, Ex-Bourbon
before being moved to a Seppeltsfield French Oak, Ex-Tawny Barrel.

Nose:
Boiled lollies and floral raspberry greet the nose.
Hints of burnt caramel linger on the periphery.

Palate:
Vanilla sponge cake and licks of coconut cream sit front of the palate before a jammy, marshamallowy sweetness creep in.

Finish:
Supple oils warm the palate as the sweetness fades. Grilled plums and raisin toast evoke a sense of fullness.
