Nose:
Caramelised Dates, Fig Jam, and Spiced Fruit Mince.
Palate:
Melting Honeycomb, Quince Paste, and Sweet Red Grapes.
Finish:
Long finishing oils glide around presenting a faint note of mint, and wine poached pears.
